Return Policy

For helmets received damaged, you shall have 5 days to contact our office and return the package back to us from the date when you received the helmet. HJC extends a limited warranty that the helmet is free of defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that there is a warranty issue, please follow the following return policy:

1. Within 2 weeks of receiving the helmet, call HJC America at (562) 407-2186 and speak with our Auto Racing Helmet Department.

2. Ask and get a Return Number. (This will assist us in tracking your return)

3. Send the helmet to: Auto Racing Helmet Department, Attn: Returns Department, 511 S. Harbor Blvd. #V, La Habra, CA 90631 If we determine that there is a genuine warranty issue, please allow 7 to 14 days to process a refund or exchange. HJCA solely shall determine the issue of whether or not there is a genuine warranty issue. If you have any specific questions, please contact us at info@hjc-motorsports.com
